HRinHR is the consulting/freelance Human Resources arm from professional, Holly Ross Tong. Holly is an experienced  Human Resources professional with strategic skills proven successful throughout all levels of an organization.  She has a demonstrated ability to work and think globally; pulling from experiences living/working in Asia as well as Latin America.  She possesses strong decision making acumen, mixed with action orientation. Holly is a certified, energetic, facilitator and change leader. She understands various LMS, and HRIS systems including PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle and Success Factors. Holly is known for establishing great relationships, actively listening, and offers strategic thinking to help clients navigate whatever HR situation they face.  Holly specializes in employee relation situations, be it simple or complex, and is committed to treating each person and situation with the dignity and respect it deserves.
